01 Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and bfyaı — built for you ("we", "our", "us") for the use of the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

02 License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the App
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Resell or sublicense the App
• Use the App for illegal activities

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

03 App Purpose Disclaimer

The App is a personal expense tracking tool.

All financial decisions are your responsibility. You should not rely on the App as financial, tax, or legal advice.

04 Offline Data Responsibility

The App stores data locally on your device only. We do not store your data on servers.

You acknowledge that:

• We cannot access your data
• We cannot recover lost data
• Data may be lost if you uninstall the App, lose your device, or reset your phone

You are responsible for your own device backups.

05 SMS & Bank Statement Parsing Disclaimer

The App may automatically detect transactions from SMS or imported statements.

You understand that:

• Automatic detection may contain errors
• Messages may be misinterpreted
• You must verify all entries manually

We do our best effort to parse correct categorisation. We are not responsible for incorrect categorisation or parsing errors.

06 Advertisements

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Users may see banner ads and native ads.

Paid subscribers may see reduced or limited advertisements.

We do not control the content of ads served by third-party advertising networks.

07 Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features are offered via Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payments are handled by Google Play
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You must manage or cancel subscriptions via Google Play

We do not handle payments directly.

08 App Availability

We may modify the App, add or remove features, stop supporting older versions, or discontinue the App at any time. We are not liable for service interruptions.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Data loss
• Missed payments or bills
• Incorrect expense tracking
• Device or software issues
• Any indirect or consequential damages

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of the App
• Violation of this Agreement
• Violation of any laws

11 Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate this Agreement or if required by law.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12 Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Agreement.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
